An order is considered successfully placed only after the required payment has been successfully processed and the order has been confirmed by DEBUG.

If we cancel an order after payment has been received, we will process the applicable refund according to our Refund Policy.

6. PAYMENT

Payments are processed securely through Razorpay.

DEBUG does not directly store complete card numbers, CVV, UPI PINs, banking passwords, or other sensitive payment authentication credentials.

Payment-related information may be processed by Razorpay according to its own terms and privacy policy.

An order confirmation may be sent to the email address provided during checkout after successful payment and order confirmation.

7. SHIPPING & DELIVERY

Shipping charges and estimated delivery timelines are displayed through the applicable Shipping Policy and/or during checkout.

Delivery dates are estimates and may be affected by circumstances including:

• Courier delays
• Weather
• Natural events
• Public holidays
• Address issues
• Operational disruptions
• Events beyond our reasonable control

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information.

If an order cannot be delivered because incorrect or incomplete information was provided by the customer, additional shipping or re-delivery charges may apply where permitted.

8. ORDER CANCELLATION

Order cancellation may be available before the order has entered processing or shipment, subject to our operational process.

Once an order has been processed or shipped, cancellation may no longer be possible and the customer may need to follow the applicable return process.

10. AFFILIATE AND PROMOTIONAL CODES

Only valid and active codes may be used.

• Only one promotional/affiliate code may be used per order.
• Discounts cannot be combined.

Affiliate commissions are governed by the separate DEBUG Affiliate Program rules.

11. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All content appearing on the DEBUG website, including but not limited to:

• Logos
• Product designs
• Graphics
• Images
• Photography
• Text
• Website design
• Artwork

is owned by or licensed to DEBUG and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
